Lynn is a Mental Health First Aid Adult and Youth Instructor, specialising in providing training and support for mental health in the workplace and education. She is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and see clients not only to improve their health and wellbeing but also help them to achieve other goals they have in their lives.
She has over 30 years’ experience in the corporate sector, having first-hand understanding of how daily pressures will affect mental wellbeing of colleagues.
She understands how important it is to build resilience and improve wellbeing across the whole school community, and works with schools and colleges helping them on their journey to help and support their students. She provides training for teachers, pupils and parents either in a classroom setting or online.
