Personal Details
I am a successful Business Psychologist specialising in mental health and wellbeing. By using social scientific research methods, I help organisations promote and maintain a healthy workplace, minimise the impact of mental ill-health on their business and help all employees thrive at work. I am incredibly proud of the reputation I have built over the years and my support has reached various sectors across the globe. I truly care about people’s health and wellbeing and always strive to engage, educate and employer an organisation to embed best practice, make a real-life impact and reach their full potential.
I am also doing my Doctorate in Education: focusing on supporting student mental health. I have a lived experience of an eating disorder that continued from school to university and I am passionate about teaching schools and universities how to support student wellbeing and helping young people reach their full potential.
Work Experience
Established in 2017, Mindset was founded by Ellice Whyte, an accredited business psychologist with a master’s degree in Psychology and further training in counselling and education. Ellice is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, a Principal Practitioner of the Association of Business Psychologists, and is completing a doctorate investigating how to improve staff confidence supporting mental health and how that impacts business outcomes. Ellice is highly accomplished in her profession which has seen her support a variety of organisations across the world.
