Personal Details

I trained as a Mental Health First Aider because of the way I work as a coach; supporting people with building their confidence, managing stress and overwhelm and navigating transitions in life. With a background in safeguarding, a respect for therapy & professional boundaries and wanting to ensure the best support possible, training as a MHFAider was a priority in my professional (and personal) development.

It is such a fantastic course and I got so much out of it, that I decided to train as an instructor, to support more people being able to access the training.

Work Experience

My previous work experience includes customer service, education (working with young people in Tanzania and GSCE pupils in Leeds attending a Pupil Referral Unit), early years, safeguarding, care work and Antenatal Education.

Now, I deliver open and in-house MHFA courses, as well as MH Aware and MHFA Refresher, alongside 121 coaching (both personal development and workplace coaching) and team coaching for better relationships.
