<p>I am a enthusiastic, thorough and patient trainer, committed to ensuring all learners progress well through the course, developing the required level of skill and understanding to make excellent Mental Health First Aiders!</p>
<p>My experience of mental health and training has been gained from over 16 years' work experience in the charity sector. I am extremely passionate about increasing levels of awareness around mental health, at the same time promoting positive mental health and well-being. </p>
<p>I am a qualified trainer (AET) and I am currently employed to train on mental health for the forces charity, the RAF Association and the Drugs and Homelessness Charity, Developing Health and Independence. In addition, I have delivered mental health training for the NHS, children's charities, housing associations, as well as several organisations in the private sector.</p>
<p>Based in the South West of England, I am happy to deliver MHFA courses in-house accross the UK. I also run my own MHFA courses in the West County.</p>
