Personal Details
Mental health and wellbeing have always been important to me both personally and professionally.
As a HR professional of over 25 years, I see the impact of mental ill health on people's personal, home and work lives.
Born and bred in Yorkshire, I was introduced to walking as a student and to this day I still find solace in getting out into the countryside, and appreciating being in nature and getting some exercise. On a weekend you will often find me in the Yorkshire Dales or Lake District with my husband and our border collie. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, pilates and swimming.
Work Experience
25 years' experience in HR, operating at Head of HR/Director level in a number of sectors and industries.
Established HR Solutions Yorkshire Limited in 2016 to offer ad hoc and retained HR consultancy services to businesses in the following areas:

Employee relations
