"As an organisation whose staff deal with vulnerable adults and sensitive mental health issues first hand on a daily basis, we felt that there was an urgent need for some formal staff training. Hazel worked with us and perfectly understood our requirement. She delivered two very informative and useful sessions to a wide range of our staff and they all found the sessions engaging, rewarding and even entertaining. Our staff are now better prepared for these challenges and that's something appreciated by them as well as management, our clients and our Customers. Highly recommended".
Chris Lodge, CARE Team, Medicals Direct Group, Capita
