Personal Details

Outside of her Training, Zoe is constantly looking for new opportunities to enhance her health and wellbeing offering including actively promoting evidenced based tools to improve wellbeing, such as Practical Ideas for Happier Living courses on behalf of Action for Happiness. Zoe also actively practices what she preaches by playing regularly in her local netball leagues.

Professionally, Zoe has over 14 years direct experience within Health and third sector directly related to promoting positive mental health. Also worked with key partners to help deaf and disabled people back into employment through training and social groups.

My previous roles include Project Management, Operations, Healthy Lifestyles Manager and Sales. The delivery of the Adult and Youth MHFA products has been one of my key roles, which goes hand in hand with promoting healthy lifestyles and general wellbeing. I have been an Adult Mental Health First Aider since December 2009 and Youth Mental Health First Aider since Sept 2011.

As at trainer, presenter and facilitator Zoe has an enthusiastic delivery style which reflects her passion for MHFA, breaking down barriers and perceptions of mental health topics as well as direct experience personally and professionally of mental ill health. Appropriately she shares her insights gained to complement the training for delegates.
