Personal Details
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with over 20 years experience of working in the mental health field. I work with individuals, groups and on-line. I am a trained Supervisor, offering case management and supervision.
I've worked in private and educational settings, my last role in education was as Team lead for a counselling and mental health team. I continue to support schools, colleges and unversities privately and through the Charlie waller Trust.
I am a Mental Health First Aid England Instructor and National Trainer, delivering the majority of the MHFA England courses, supporting course development and delivering Instructor member training.
I also develop and deliver bespoke training for workplaces and educational settings, nationally and internationally.
I am passionate about raining awareness of mental health and wellbeing and fighting stigma and discrimination associated with poor mental health, identity and cultural bias.
I also have a passion for suicide prevention, intervention and postvention. I that by spotting signs, having a confident conversation and helping people access appropriate support we can save lives.
Qualifications
BACP Accredited Counsellor. Trained in Integrative Counselling, specialising in the person centred and psychodynamic approach.
