Personal Details
Formerly qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN) working both in the NHS and in the private sector followed by a successful international career in the corporate world as a training/business consultant. I am a plenary speaker for MHFA England. I am also trained in Mindfulness and Ayurveda natural health modality after suffering from natural stressful life events, hence I aim to embed natural wellbeing tools and techniques within mental health with all my private clients.
I am proud that my feedback from delegates is overwhelmingly positive and I take pride in creating an exciting and supportive environment for learners. I have worked closely with Primary and Secondary Mental Health workers, GPs, Psychiatrists, Nurses, and Therapists, giving me a valuable blend of clinical and business knowledge to share in my training courses.
I am very passionate about mental health, focusing on the preventative side using a personalised health solution for each individual including mindfulness, natural therapies, diet, mindset, body type, changes in lifestyle, yoga, and natural health remedies to gain optimum physical and mental health. I aim to empower people to self-heal, self-care with the right knowledge, and education, and build emotional resilience and intelligence rather than reaching for medication in many cases.
My mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and make employees healthier, happier, and more productive but predominantly encourage people to open up.
