This 4-hour interactive, instructor led course will take place from 9.30am-1.30pm with a 15 minute break in the middle. The course cost is: 95 pounds per person inclusive of training and workbooks. This course is great value to all managers and leaders, enabling them to understand mental health in the workplace and how to support their staff. Jessica is a trained mindset coach and NLP master practitioner, supporting mental wellbeing in contexts such as; NHS, prison service, schools and private sector.
