World Mental Health Day is coming up on 10 October, and improving the mental health of the nation is more important than ever before.

As a social enterprise we want to create an unshakable belief that we can all talk freely about mental health and seek support when we need it.

At this challenging time, we believe organisations must invest in staff wellbeing, so that everyone can bring their whole self to work.

We’ve put together some guidance on how you can support your own and others' mental health, including your colleagues, family and friends. Download and share the resources below, and let’s work together to create a society where everyone’s mental health matters.
