Our Instructor Members

Our Instructor Members are an integral part of MHFA England and play a vital role in delivering our work.

They’re a trusted community of over 2,400 professionals, trained and supported by MHFA England® to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health training across workplaces and communities.

High-quality, consistent training

Each Instructor Member is trained to a high-quality, accredited standard, through a programme built on nearly two decades of expertise and informed by clinical experts and lived experience.

Robust quality assurance processes underpin everything they deliver - ensuring every learner receives a consistent, engaging, and impactful experience.

Ongoing support and development

As members of MHFA England, our instructors are supported long after their training.

They gain access to a wide range of membership benefits, including ongoing professional development, resources, and access to a supportive community.

This continuous support empowers them to deliver training with confidence, skill, and care, and ensures our courses remain impactful over time.

A flexible, nationwide network

Our network includes both instructors who deliver training within their own organisations, building mentally healthy workplace cultures from within, and independent instructors who deliver courses to their own clients and the public.

When you book a course, you’re booking directly with an Instructor Member - ensuring a personalised, high-quality experience.
